How to scramble JUST Egg

Scramble JUST Egg like you would any other egg. But if it’s been a while, here's a crash course:

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Lightly coat with butter or oil. Shake very well, then pour the JUST Egg into the pan.

Use a stiff spatula to occasionally scrape and pull the mixture across the pan, until the liquid is cooked through. Serve immediately while hot.

Really good eggs.

Use it to make pillowy omelettes, delicious French toast and quiches so decadent you'll accidentally eat healthy.
