Heat the JUST Egg Folded

Heat 4 JUST Egg Folded in a toaster, skillet, microwave or oven, according to the directions on the box.

Unfold the egg

Once cool enough to handle, "unfold" each JUST Egg Folded carefully, sliding a knife in between the two layers to help separate and open it up into one long layer. Don’t cut in too close to the hinge, it’s OK if it’s a little pinched in the middle, it will all smooth out once you roll it up.

Add fillings of choice

Spread your fillings of choice onto the cut-open side of the JUST Egg Folded, making sure to distribute the filling all the way to the edges.

Roll up and slice

Roll each pinwheel up snugly and then slice each roll into 3 pieces. Enjoy!
