  • 3-4 tablespoons JUST Egg
  • Mix-ins (like spinach, tomatoes, minced onion)
  • Salt & pepper

  • Fork

  • Microwave

Pour in a mug

Pour the JUST Egg into a mug or bowl.

Cook and stir

Microwave for 30-35 seconds, then stir with a fork to redistribute. Fold in any desired mix-ins (like spinach, tomatoes, minced onion.)

Cook a bit longer

Return to the microwave for another 30 seconds. Make sure all the liquid is cooked through.

Note: Adjust the time if needed, based on the strength of your microwave.
