- ¼ tasse frozen peas

- ½ tasse Just Egg
- ⅔ tasse roasted potatoes, diced
- ¼ tasse bell peppers, diced
- 1 c. à soupe sun-dried tomatoes, diced

- Garnish with green onions & avocado
Breakfast Bagel Mug
- ½ tasse Just Egg
- 2 c. à soupe plant-based, Swiss-style cheese, diced
- 1 c. à soupe red onion, minced
- ¼ tasse cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 c. à thé Everything But The Bagel seasoning
- Garnish with bagel chips & fresh basil
Banana Pancakes Mug
- 1 very ripe banana, mashed
- ¼ tasse Just Egg
- ¼ tasse flour
- ¼ c. à thé baking powder
- 1 c. à thé maple syrup or honey
- ¼ c. à thé vanilla extract
- Garnish with chocolate chips & sliced banana

Tasse burrito
1 – Pour Just Egg into a mug and microwave for 30–45 seconds.
2 – Stir in cheese and beans with a fork.
3 –Return to the microwave for 1 minute, or until all liquid is cooked through.
4 – Fluff with a fork. Top with chunky salsa and avocado.
5 – Scoop and eat with tortilla chips.

Tasse riz sauté
1 – Pour Just Egg into a mug and microwave for 30–45 seconds.
2 – Mix in peas, carrots, rice and soy sauce with a fork.
3 – Return to the microwave for 1–2 minutes, or until all liquid is cooked through.
4 – Stir and taste for soy sauce.
5 –Garnish with sliced green onions. Enjoy!

Tasse omelette californienne
1 – Pour Just Egg into a mug and microwave for 30–45 seconds.
2 – Mix in potatoes, bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and cheese with a fork.
3 – Return to the microwave for 1 minute, or until all liquid is cooked through.
4 – Stir and taste for salt and pepper.
5 – Garnish with sliced green onions and avocado. Enjoy!

Tasse bagel déjeuner
1 – Pour Just Egg into a mug and microwave for 30–45 seconds.
2 – Stir in cheese and red onions with a fork.
3 – Return to the microwave for 1 minute, or until all liquid is cooked through.
4 – Fluff with a fork and mix in cherry tomatoes.
5 – Garnish with EBTB seasoning and fresh basil. Enjoy!

Tasse crêpes aux bananes
1 – Mash the banana in a large mug.
2 – Add the Just Egg, flour, baking powder, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
3 – Microwave for 2–5 minutes, or until the middle is fluffy and batter cooked through.
4 – Garnish with chocolate chips and sliced banana. Enjoy!
Note: cooking times will vary across different microwaves and mugs. Start with the shorter cooking time and increase as needed.
