Sandwich aux tomates

Our friend JB adds Just Egg Folded to just about everything he eats, including the classic tomato sandwich. This sandwich makes for a tasty lunch any day of the year, but especially in summer when the tomatoes are in season and extra flavorful.

Portions 1

  • 1 Just Egg Folded
  • 2 slices multi-grain sandwich bread
  • 3 tomato slices
  • 3 butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper

Cuire le Just Egg

Heat the Just Egg Folded in a toaster, air fryer, skillet or microwave according to the package directions.

Assembler le sandwich

Lightly toast the bread slices. Spread one slice liberally with plant-based mayonnaise. Stack on the Just Egg Folded, followed by the lettuce and tomato. Sprinkle the tomato with salt and pepper.

Déguster

Close the sandwich and enjoy immediately with potato chips and a crunchy pickle. Or wrap it in foil and take it to go.
