And let’s be honest, sandwiches just aren’t complete without a fluffy, savory JUST Egg patty. While keeping a JUST Egg Folded in your pocket isn’t recommended (it’s a frozen product, after all), you should absolutely keep your freezer stocked with these handy eggs. Whenever the craving strikes, just pop one in the toaster or air fryer and you're good to go.

  • 1 JUST Egg Folded
  • 2 slices multi-grain sandwich bread
  • 3 tomato slices
  • 3 butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons JUST Mayo
  • Salt and pepper

Cook the JUST Egg


Heat the JUST Egg Folded in a toaster, air fryer, skillet or microwave according to the package directions.

Assemble the sandwich


Lightly toast the bread slices. Spread one slice liberally with JUST Mayo. Stack on the JUST Egg Folded, followed by the lettuce and tomato. Sprinkle the tomato with salt and pepper.

Close the sandwich and enjoy immediately with potato chips and a crunchy pickle. Or wrap it in foil and take it to go.
