How to scramble JUST Egg
Scramble JUST Egg like you would any other egg. But if it’s been a while, here’s a crash course:
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Lightly coat with butter or oil.
Shake the bottle very well, then pour the JUST Egg into the pan. Use a stiff spatula to occasionally scrape and pull the mixture across the pan, until the liquid is cooked through.
