Pour JUST Egg into a mug and microwave for 30-45 seconds. Stir in cheese and beans with a fork. Return to the microwave for 1 minute, or until all liquid is cooked through. Fluff with a fork. Top with chunky salsa and avocado. Scoop and eat with tortilla chips.

Fried Rice Mug

Pour JUST Egg into a mug and microwave for 30-45 seconds. Mix in peas, carrots, rice and soy sauce with a fork. Return to the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until all liquid is cooked through. Stir and taste for soy sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Banana Pancakes Mug

Mash the banana in a large mug. Add the JUST Egg, flour, baking powder, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Microwave for 2-5 minutes, or until the middle is fluffy and batter cooked through. Garnish with chocolate chips and sliced banana. Enjoy!
